Aplus Video To PMP Converter by Aplus Software Inc. is a tool developed to help you convert popular video formats to portable media player MP4 files (supported by portable devices like iPod, iPhone, and others).
Supported formats: this program accepts a lot of formats as input, like for instance flv, rm, divx, xvid, avi, wmv, asf, mpg, mpeg, vob, mov, qt, vcd, svcd. A downside is that it only supports MP4 format as output, so you will be stuck with a tool that won't help you with any other kind of conversion, but if you don't need it for any other purposes, this tool may be enough.
Aplus Video To PMP Converter has a nice and easy to use interface with support for batch conversion (multiple files with different formats can be processed at once) and you can program it to shutdown your computer after the job is done. If you want to test it, a free trial with some limitations is available for download.
